Rules, Agreements & Waivers

House of Candi is a 21+ adult-only lifestyle collective. We host private lounges and events where consensual play, connection, and community are welcomed.

Our community includes swingers, kinksters, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous individuals, and LGBTQIA+ adults. We are femme-centered, queer-affirming, cannabis-friendly, and kink-aware.

All participation is voluntary, consensual, and at your own risk.

P.R.I.C.K.-Aware Consent (Core Standard)

House of Candi operates under P.R.I.C.K. principles:

• Personal Responsibility — I am responsible for my own choices, limits, safety, and behavior.
• Informed — I will disclose relevant information before engaging.
• Consensual — Consent must be clear, verbal, and mutual.
• Kink — Kink is welcome; coercion, manipulation, or entitlement are not.

Consent is ongoing, revocable, and required at all times.

Rules of Engagement

Consent & Agency

• Verbal consent is required before any touching or play.
• “No” means no. “Maybe” means no. Anything less than an enthusiastic yes means no.
• Past consent does not imply future consent.
• I will ask for consent every time, even with familiar partners.
• Harassment, coercion, stalking, or predatory behavior results in removal.

Personal Responsibility

• I am responsible for vetting my own partners. House of Candi does not vet play partners.
• If I have an STI/STD, I agree to disclose to all potential partners.
• I am responsible for knowing and communicating my limits.
• I am accountable for my actions and conduct.

Intoxication & Capacity

• No play while overly intoxicated.
• Consent cannot be assured under excess intoxication.
• Play intended to render someone unconscious is prohibited.
• Guests who appear impaired may be denied entry or asked to leave.

Safety & Prohibited Items

• No firearms or weapons on the premises.
• No illegal activity, including prostitution or solicitation.
• No violence, threats, or intimidation.
• I will not draw unwanted outside attention to House of Candi venues.

Discretion & Privacy

• Discretion is mandatory.
• Outing, threatening to out, or exposing another guest results in immediate removal.
• No photography, video, or recording outside designated consented areas.
• I will not share private information about other guests.

Play Space Etiquette

• Do not interrupt ongoing scenes or play.
• I will ask politely and wait for consent if I wish to engage.
• I will remain quiet in play areas if not participating.
• I will follow all posted signs and staff instructions.

Venue Care & Health

• I will respect the venue and clean up after myself.
• I will use provided laundry bins and trash receptacles.
• I will notify staff immediately of spills, accidents, or messes.
• I will not attend if I am sick.
• I will not touch others’ belongings without permission.
• I will arrive and depart in street clothes and respect neighbors.

Attendance, Refunds & Credits

Orientation and electronic agreement are required for all events.

Event cancellations are not refundable. Credits may be issued at the discretion of House of Candi when notice is provided before the event.

Removal from an event or the community results in no refunds or credits.

Incident Reports

I understand that I may submit an incident report for any safety, consent, or conduct concern. House of Candi leadership will review and respond according to internal policy.

Electronic Agreement & Liability Waiver

By checking the box labeled “I Agree” during registration, RSVP, ticket purchase, or event check-in, I acknowledge and agree that:

• I am 21 years of age or older.
• I am participating voluntarily and of my own free will.
• I accept full personal responsibility for my actions and choices.
• I agree to follow all House of Candi rules and staff instructions.

I release and hold harmless House of Candi Events LLC, its owners, partners, staff, volunteers, and venues from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation.

I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal without refund or credit.

Electronic Consent Confirmation:
Checking the “I Agree” box constitutes my legal acknowledgment and acceptance of these rules, agreements, and waivers.
